I need some storage space for tools from my scaled down business

Either: Barn, Garage, Warehouse or Storage Space in Spokane Valley

Nothing fancy, just dry, out of the elements and able to be locked

Prefer near Ponderosa, University or Dishman Mica but will look at anything

Will be storing table saws, tools, shelving, ladders -- nothing flammable

Month to month or lease okay -- price negotiable
